Change in Pakistan

Four years back CHANGE, a prét clothing store in Pakistan came to us to boost their brand. With only five stores in Karachi, a couple of thousand fans on Facebook and very low customer engagement rates it was an uphill battle for BrandStallion to turn around the brand image. From designing graphics, marketing strategy formulation to managing their social media activity, we transformed the brand positioning of CHANGE from targeting the B-/B strata to becoming a B+/A brand in the local market. CHANGE now has more than 25 stores all over Pakistan and have expanded globally. There are about 250,000 highly engaged fans on their Facebook page and the brand is gaining rapid recognition in the local and international market.
