Do you want to be part of this journey?An opportunity has arisen to join Eurostar as its Digital Learning Manager The role of Digital Learning Manager is to manage, develop and be responsible for the EECTM CMS (AssessTech), LMS (AssessBook) and oversee all digital training content for Rolling Stock. This position is a permanent role based at our depot near Stratford. Internal only: Grade D role based at TMI RequirementsWe’re looking for someone toTake ownership for the administration, management, and audit of the EECTM CMS AssessTech. This will include the daily running and administration, module management and interfaces. Be responsible for the liaison between EIL and Digital Learning suppliers, managing contracts, feature requests, support and bugs.Create user guides and training for all users of the digital Learning packages, to ensure user adoption, both on desktop devices and mobile interfaces.Lead the digital learning strategy as defined by the Training, Strategy and Development Manager to ensure core outcomes are met and ensure EECTM Training becomes purely paperless.Create E-Learning packages for Rolling Stock as defined by the Technical Training Team, utilizing audio and visual packages to improve engagement.Provide periodical reports and insights to line/senior managersUtilise data analysis applications (Power BI) to create visual representations and KPI management for audit.Be responsible for the training demand analysis and planning of competency assessments and training courses.To liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the training needs of internal customers are met.
