Europe Lead Trainer Jobs in Warsaw, Poland


Dentons is currently recruiting an Interim Trainer to support the implementation of the Firmwide Finance Transformation (FFT) Program in the Europe region. This position falls within the People work stream and will report to the Interim Europe FFT Training Lead. You will work closely with Regional Process Leads, Subject Matter Experts, Regional Implementation and Change Team as well as key business stakeholders. This position will be responsible for developing, adapting, delivering, and supporting the training solution for Finance (and other Business Services) representatives in Europe to ensure a consistent approach and user experience is delivered. You will be responsible for the adaptation the training content to the regional (Europe) needs and its delivery as per own regional implementation schedules. You will also set-up, coordinate and manage the team of Dentons Trainers - selected out of internal experienced users (Super users) from 20 regional countries. You will ensure successful training for all aspects of the new solution, both processes and systems, in readiness for end users to adopt the functionality associated with the new practice management system of 3E. Key Responsibilities • Set-up of the team of internal Dentons Trainers ensuring a knowledge transfer and management of their learning process (onboarding, basic orientation, system trainings, TTT, Qamp;A,) • Regionalization of the Training materials received from the Global Training Team. Including regional and local system customisations, configuration and integrations for the training sessions • Training delivery to the Europe region • Training feedback preparation, execution and analysis • Post training accompaniment and follow up evaluation and monitoring. Development reviews to assess the success of the training effort (measuring training outcomes, feedback analysis, KPIs interpretation, identifying the risks, necessities, ). • Supporting Training Logistic management (agreeing on the training tools and methodology, preparation and segmentation of the training sessions by profiles/roles/groups/users, scheduling the trainers and training sessions, sending invitations, ensuing the correct environment, data etc). • Support and deliver business engagement activities where required e.g. system demonstrations (DEMOS) or change network training • Close collaboration with Europe Training Lead, Subject Matter Experts, Regional Process Leads, Business Analyst and Global Training Team Key Deliverables: • Setting up an efficient regional training team • Creation of regionalized training materials • Training delivery for Europe region • Post training feedback and consecutive proposed actions Support the Interim Europe Finance Training Lead with: • Stakeholder collaboration collaborate with key stakeholders and stakeholder groups to ensure that the training solution meets the necessary needs • Risk and Issue Management: identify risks and issues • Report on qualitative and quantitative metrics about training • Identification of individuals both to become trainers and to be trained • Preparation of training frameworks deliver all training activities to support SIT, UAT and End Users in line with program timelines • Identification of the needs for additional training channels e.g., e-learning platforms, gamification. • Change Management Team support focused on the training aspects: training strategy, change readiness, stakeholders’ management etc.About You • Financial processes knowledge • ERP system knowledge (e.g. SAP, Oracle, 3E or others) • Business international level of English both written and oral • Solid training background • Team management, Train the Trainers (TTT) skills • Ability to clarify complex problems and communicate these issues clearly to project team members • Be a team player, able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus; • Drive out decisions and recommendations • Independent, pro-active way of working • Program and project management disciplines, and have a desire to ensure successful program delivery in a rapidly changing organization •Delivering training through the full lifecycle, delivering on time, to budget, and achieving the required utilisation of delivered processes and systems •Implementing a structured methodology to deliver training activities, including conducting training assessments to measure adoption and utilisation • Applying training methodology and tools to drive and measure adoption of the training required to deliver tangible business benefits • Supporting training efforts that are central to the adoption of changeYou will possess: • Excellent communications, influencing, and team management skills • Excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups; • Experienced user of MS Office suite • Be versed in working across cultures and time-zones • Bring a training multi-media "toolkit" and share relevant best practice • Be adept in responding to challenges and issues as they arise • Be able to thrive working under pressure, and be able to multi-task • Experience of working with layers of engagement and approval • Impeccable attention to detail and ability to work with a wide variety of people and projects in a collective and collaborative manner Essential Qualifications/Experience • Qualified and experienced in designing, producing, and delivering training programs • A proven track record in a similar role, preferably as a dedicated Business Process or Systems Trainer • Up-to-date knowledge of common IT applications and systems (Microsoft Office suite) • Experience of using or training in Legal Practice Management Systems such as Elite 3E, Aderant and Intapp Additional qualifications • Experience in delivering results for international change programs or projects • Experience in working in professional services, preferably legal firm • Thorough understanding of finance practices including Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay processes • Additional language is a plus Applications from current residents in the following countries, will be considered: Madrid, Warsaw, Czech Republic Reward and Recognition Remuneration and benefits package will reflect the successful candidates experience and country where hiredJob Specification
