We are looking for a colleague with an entrepreneurial attitude, who will be excited to work in a data-driven environment.Your day-to-day:Manage relationships with our customers on a daily basisEvaluate and analyze existing CSM processes, adapt and adjust if neededIdentify product/service issues updates that reflect customer requests, industry, market, and competitor trends and report to key stakeholdersWork closely with Business, Marketing, and Tech teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience, and take care of any customer issuesProvide insight and relay the voice of customers with internal teams, including Business, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Engineering.
