We are experiencing an unprecedented amount of change and business growth, and with it PX will grow and mature while maintaining excellent standards.As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be involved in the creation and rollout of our Patient Experience Quality Assurance framework. Utilising your knowledge of quality principles, practices, and techniques, you will drive excellence across the PX teams and in doing this, will strive to improve the experience that our patients have whilst using the service. You will also work with other functions within the business, such as the risk and clinical management teams to assist with audits and adhoc reviews where required. You will work closely with the Training Specialists to ensure that training materials, support and reference materials and quality checks are all aligned, and knowledge is shared openly and proactively.It’s critical that you can deliver functionally and think critically and strategically in a complex, fast changing environment, with a roll your sleeves up attitude to help us build a business we can be proud of, where patient care and excellent clinical outcomes is at the heart of all we do.RequirementsThe key tasks in your new and exciting role with us:The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for completing all appropriate quality assurance activities defined by the QA Team Leader: Quality checking the PX coordinators’ work, ensuring accurate and appropriate feedback is provided that highlights any aspects that have been completed well, as well as any issues and/or learning points and best practicesHighlighting any identifiable trends in poor service that may be foundBecome SMEs of all processes amp; procedures in the PX teamResponsible for the quality and professionalism of service delivered, ensuring process and procedures are followed (and escalating any that do not seem appropriate)Encourage growth within the PX team, nurturing development and identifying opportunities for all team members to participate in continuous improvementEnsure that all confidential and clinical information is dealt with in accordance with the provided data governance training and as stipulated within internal proceduresSupport in the review of root cause analysis of service issues that have occurred and instigate plans to prevent future reoccurrenceBe a brand and service ambassador/ evangelist, as a key representative of our businessUndertake adhoc projects and assist with special projects as required
