Our technology is used to identify criminal activity such as money laundering and terrorist financing and enables organisations to enforce sanctions at scale to help combat rogue entities and state actors.What you’ll be doing:As an Event Coordinator at Ripjar, you will be responsible for leading the planning and delivery of all internal and external events for the company. This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing company, and the ideal candidate will have a track record of coordinating successful events.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the planning and delivery of internal and external events for Ripjar, working with Sales, Marketing, Product and People Operations team Plan and manage Ripjar’s attendance and sponsorships at industry events, working closely with the Sales teamBook regular webinars and other consultant incentivesPrepare budgets, set deadlines, create concepts and identify objectives for each eventSelect and negotiate with vendors and make sure everything is within the overall yearly events budgetLead engagement with event organisers and manage logistics related to event presenceLiaise with Senior Graphic Designer to coordinate ordering, production, distribution and management of branded Ripjar items, materials and contentWork with Leadership Team, People Operations, Product, Marketing and Designers to design and produce a branded welcome pack and other branded assets for staffCoordinate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition team to develop ‘employee branding’ social media mini-campaigns aimed at attracting new talentBuild out a plan for measuring and tracking success, including how to report and present it back to the management team.
