This is a new role for Hectare and you have the opportunity to shape this and make an impact. It’s the chance to be part of something huge.RequirementsYou’ll be comfortable selling to quota in an ambiguous environment and will have had experience closing sales in a SaaS or similarly aligned business in the past with ACV’s somewhere in the range of 3k-20kYou’ll have led and managed small teams, building strong relationshipsYou’ll be a player manager, comfortable with rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck in, ambiguity and an agile approachYou are analytical and rigorous with a data-driven mindset - you track and measure everything and report back actionable insights on how sales activities drive revenue growth and other key SaaS success metricsYou are a confident communicator with exceptional attention to detail, sensitive and adaptable to the nuances of different cultures and marketsYou have high integrity and are able to build trust quicklyYou’re a team player, you can comfortably influence other departments and thrive working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the sameFamiliar with CRM systems, you’ll work with our customer success and marketing team to support the set up pipeline processes to support sales activities
