As a Recruiter, you’ll be an individual contributor in which the primary responsibility involves full-cycle recruitment and on-boarding of personnel. Additionally, this role requires an understanding of, and working familiarity with, matters of human resources-related governmental compliance and reporting requirements.This is an in-office hybrid position. Candidates will be required to effectively commute to both office locations in the Commerce City and Cherry Creek areas of Denver, CO. RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesInitial candidate screening, interviews, conduct background check reports, presenting offers of employment, contract administration for employee and independent contractor agreements, and conducting orientation for new hiresEstablishes proactive recruiting strategies and sourcing plans to ensure adequate applicant flow for all assigned open positions, including use of social media, job posting boards, college recruiting, outside recruiting firms and other recruiting methods, in accordance with corporate objectives Identifies resources and methods to support the successful integration and retention of talent for the organization. Assists management with maintaining positive employee relationsScreen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and performing phone screensPerform reference checks as neededEnsure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment termsManage onboarding and new hire processEstablish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking eventsPrepare attracting hiring packages and communicate with selected applicants to offer employmentWork closely with corporate human resources to ensure all processes and procedures are being followed
