Regional Sales Manager (Account Executive), LatAm and South Mexico Jobs in Mexico City, Mexico

This role will directly impact the way ProducePay plans on disrupting trade in the fresh produce marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of sales leadership skills, strategic planning and data-driven execution, yet be comfortable getting hands dirty wherever needed. As a Sales and business leader, you will need to build, manage and scale a local sales team. We expect you to effectively develop, motivate and lead through inspiration, mentorship, and a results-driven approach. You will be responsible for the overall performance of the team and the link to marketplace. This will require you to develop new sales tactics, and effectively collaborate with other functions to drive performance. ResponsibilitiesThis is first and foremost a hunter role. You'll be actively prospecting growers and exporters of fresh produce to sell our financing offerings.Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients through a consultative, expertise-driven sales process Rapidly grow market share in territory by working assigned accounts fManage your territory through data, leveraging CRM and sales operations to supercharge sales effortsTravel as needed meet growers and distributors face-to-face (averaging once a quarter)Willingness to take a hands-on approach and build from the ground up where necessary.
