Then read below for more, and apply today!Responsibilities Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.Support Account Executives in organizing various projects, including campaigns.Conduct market research and analyze data for client reports and to assist in marketing strategy.Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical and financial information.Assist in budget auditing to ensure correct placement from vendors.Assist in traditional and digital marketing strategy with the Account Executives and Media Buyers.Prepare and deliver marketing budget and strategy presentations.Write marketing literature (web content, press releases, etc.) to help the agency's presence in the market.Communicate directly with clients in a timely fashion and develop trusting relationships.Communicate with the entire team to ensure timely coordination and planning.
