Only in this way, we are able to encourage innovative and productive relationships so as to reflect the image and culture of our company outwards.Key Duties and Responsibilities• Organize and maintain personnel records related to all aspects of Time and Attendance implementation and administration• Respond to inquiries related to Time and Attendance. • Managing staff annual and seek leaves • Support payroll preparation and labor law requirements• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees according to legalrequirements• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks of the site regarding all people related topics(work shifts records, absence, hr documents, preparing and filing documentation etc.)• Resolve benefit-related issues and respond to queries and requests • Compile and analyze HR data in order to create reports • Organize and maintain personnel files in accordance with main regulations • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures • Support day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties• Perform other related duties as assigned RequirementsBSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fieldMSc in Human Resources will be considered a plusProven relevant experience of 3 yearsExcellent command of the English language, both verbal and writtenFamiliarity with HRMS and/or ATS systems - experience with Workable will be highly appreciatedStrong communication, analytical and time management skillsAbility to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
