You will be responsible for effective and timely management of a range of customer service tasks, for all products, together with building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by effective communication through a variety of channels,What Does Success Look Like in this Role?You will have great organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task. You will provide first-class customer service to our clients by accurately managing all service elements for all products in a timely manner. You will be the voice of Sonovate, dealing with inbound and outbound contacts on a wide range of scenarios, during which you will deliver timely and appropriate solutions and responses according to customer needs and objectives. You will demonstrate outstanding communication and team working skills,Duties and Key Responsibilities:Gain expert level knowledge of our product and marketBecome an expert user of the Sonovate portal to guide and support clientsManage and prioritize multiple customer service queries via email, telephone and our online ticketing systemCoordinate the reviews of credit applicationsEnsure the completion of checks for fraud protection are completed to a high standard and in a timely mannerReview funding requests against set criteria in order to making funding decisionsDeliver outstanding customer service by managing relationships to ensure clients are getting the best service for their businessDisplay outstanding communication skills in all verbal and written communication with clientsIdentify and evaluate risks within the portfolio (including errors, fraud and inappropriate procedures) ensuring business controls are in place to minimize exposure to riskEnsure the completion of checks for fraud protection are completed to a high standard and in a timely mannerReview funding requests against set criteria in order to making funding decisions
