We specialize in the digital transformation of learning programs and the empowerment of talent to excel in an increasingly complex global environment.The Learnlight Content Marketing Specialist is an experienced, dependable, hands-on, and well-rounded marketing copywriter, who owns the written word and helps us tell the story across all our communication channels from the product to the website and fuels our content marketing. In this role you have the opportunity to shape how content contributes to the growth and positioning of the organization. ResponsibilitiesOwn the Content Plan, as agreed with the Head of Marketing and Senior Campaign Manager. Meet with the digital, marketing, and learning teams to ideate and define content goals. Research content and consumer trends to ensure that content is relevant and appealing., while keeping up to date with content trends, and advancements in Lamp;D and technology. Develop content strategies to effectively reach the target audience and marketing goals. Develop all copy across marketing and sales material and make sure it is consistent with our brand messaging and tone of voice. Create high-converting SEO friendly copy that resonates across our website, blog and social pages by writing a variety of direct-response copy, including: newsletters, email outreach, landing pages, webinars, web pages, and ads. Develop editorial content - develop our blogs and build an online publication about the future of work, skills training and corporate training in general. Own the public website content and update it regularly based on interactions from selective stakeholders, including our Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Agency Devise email copies for lead nurturing drip campaigns, email marketing and customer communication. Create content assets for inbound lead generation: ebooks, white papers, infographics, video scripts, webinars etc. Manage editorial calendar - Develop and maintain the editorial pipeline. Tone of voice - Create and maintain the tone and voice guide for internal use at Learnlight. Build compelling case studies - create rich media case studies, highlighting the successes of our users. Proofread and/or edit copy provided by other departments. Work with agencies as needed on content briefs and review any externally produced materials.
