Cloudline is searching for ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to join its team in Stellenbosch. The position will provide support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the executive team's general administrative activities.The position will report to the Chief Operating Officer and will have the below key duties:Answer correspondence on behalf of the executive team and coordinate visitor experienceSchedule appointments and maintain executive team calendarsSchedule and coordinate staff meetingsPrepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, letters and instructional documentsCreate and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physicalReport financial spend for executive team
