We are looking for someone with a minimum of two years of administrative experience, as well as experience with accounts receivable, accounts payable, data entry, writing emails, managing email accounts, and online letters. The successful candidate should have a professional attitude, be proficient with computer applications, have the ability to work independently and efficiently, and have the ability to multitask and handle multiple projects.The responsibilities of this role will include gathering statements from accounts on a regular basis, downloading, uploading, and data entry of invoices, creating payment forms and editing pdfs, writing emails related to payments, managing email accounts, managing online letters, and general data entry tasks. This position will require excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work independently, but also be a team player, willing to take direction and work cooperatively with others.
