Role HighlightsWe are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager who will own the marketing technology stack and work closely with marketing, sales, and product to plan and deliver ideas that drive customer acquisition and retention. With a strong understanding of marketing technology and best practices, you'll help turn business objectives into reality.Responsibilities of the Marketing Automation ManagerSet the short and long-term communication strategy for every stage of the customer lifecycle.Manage and deliver the marketing technology stack to help support the marketing and customer acquisition teams, including day-to-day operations and troubleshooting.Analyse data, focusing on KPIs such as open rates, CTRs and conversion rates, shedding light on the effectiveness of customer acquisition and retention campaigns and optimizing campaign performance to improve ROI.Lead the development of marketing automation campaigns by building assets (target audiences, promotional emails, transactional emails, landing pages, forms, list pulls, uploads, etc) Support the integrity of lead and contact lists in Salesforce and HubspotBuild and scale lead scoring and refine the lead journey from prospect to client
