The role of Executive Assistant (EA) is responsible for supporting the CEO in their day-to-day responsibilities. This role requires attention to detail, solid organisational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests. Responsibilities include:Complex Diary management: Ensure diary commitments, documents, and travel arrangements are managed effectively Email management: Raising urgent emails with the CEO, drafting emails and assuring emails are being addressed in a timely matter. Collating briefs, reports and presentations. Supporting the CEO in their work, where possible. Extensive travel management, coordinating travel and accommodation requirements, including itineraries and logistics, across multiple time-zones. Expense amp; invoice management: Processing work and travel related expenses. Raising POs and arranging for invoices to be processed
