In this role you will lead a multi-disciplinary hardware group and collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure successful execution of programs, exceeding customer expectations for on-time delivery and quality.The selected candidate will lead the development and release to production for printed circuit board assemblies, modular sub-assemblies, chassis', and system-level configurations per customer applications. You will design cutting edge products including wide-bandwidth RF technology software defined radios at 18 GHz and higher, as well as other products such as high-speed switches, and PNT (position, navigation, amp; timing) cards.If you are an individual who loves working with small teams to solve hard problems in a fast paced environment, Spectranetix will be a great fit for you!RequirementsYou’ll Bring These Qualifications:Experience working with cross-functional groups (customers/suppliers + hardware/software/mechanical/integration/test/digital/RF engineers) throughout the entire hardware life cycle to ensure that final products meet the requirements/objectives.Experience with FPGA/embedded systems and board level design with a strong working knowledge of RF architecture.Experience with CAD/CAE tools for schematic capture and PCB layout.Experience transitioning products from development to manufacturing.Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems for managing bills of materials (BOMs) and engineering changes.Experience with electrical design, electronics manufacturing processes, and qualification activities.
