Job Description The Business Development Executive will be leading and developing client relationships, driving new business opportunities on multiple products and services. Selling Citeline content marketing, advertising, and industry awards sponsorships. On a daily basis you will:Identify new accounts in the Life Sciences sector (CRO’s, CDMO’s, Consultancies, Technology etc.) to sell Marketing Services products delivering content marketing, thought leadership placement and advertising revenue growth.Apply a consultative approach to identifying customers’ needs and marketing objectives by asking targeted open ended questions to understands a customer’s challengesWork with client to build bespoke marketing services campaigns including custom content, research and thought leadership programs.Work closely with the existing sales teams to complement and grow the business with new revenue streamsResponsible for managing campaigns in collaboration with delivery colleagues from start to finish and documenting results for post campaign debriefs and renewalsAssist the production team to ensure advertising campaigns go live on the site without a hitch, are successfully optimized, and perform to client standardsDelivery of performance reports to clients and benchmarking those results against similar campaignsMaintaining a knowledge of the industry in which you work and an awareness of factors that may affect your business
