Job DescriptionThe Renewal Specialist is responsible for the planning and execution of process-driven best practices and enhancing the varied skill-sets of the EMEAI team. The role requires a highly organized individual to maintain a book of business as a renewal specialist, while strategizing retention, upsell, and cross-sells with the Account Management team. This role will be essential in achieving the goal to improve renewal rates from 87% to 90%+, resulting in increased ACV performance. The expectation is for an average value increase of 7% year over year as well.This role willBe the first point of contact for billing, invoicing, gathering Purchase Order (PO, Order Confirmation Form (OCF) questionsStrategize creative approaches to renewals and upsell opportunitiesOrchestrate and manage regular meetings with Account Managers with respect to current state of businessGame-plan risk mitigation strategies and support quarterly outreach as neededSave Account Manager’s time by supporting clerical questions i.e. SFDC, approval issuesDetermine best practices and create play-book for future referenceHold quarterly goal reviews with Account Managers and Sales Managers to ensure growthWork with Account Managers on building and fostering client relationships, and any outreach associated with mitigating risksCreate synergies between sales teams and outside departments, i.e. Sales Operations, Marketing, Training teams, etcMaintain accurate renewal forecasting : Review progress and report against key renewal tasks, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc, as required
