We’re looking for a tech-savvy, commercially-driven Account Manager to help foster our growth plans for the UK amp; Ireland.Salary40,000 basic + 20,000 OTEWork LocationLondon Bridge, London (Hybrid Working)Role and Responsibilities As one of our Account Managers your objective will be to manage the relationship with some of our key UK customers as well as supporting our Strategic Account Managers with some of the UK’s biggest multinational brands. Working in close collaboration with Sinch’s own cross-functional teams, you will work to ensure customer retention as well as growing revenue and gross profit by introducing customers to Sinch’s wider portfolio of solutions, ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship amp; establishing the highest ROI for both parties. You will mainly target enterprises in the region and work with Sinch’s whole Enterprise product portfolio to offer the best solution to the client’s needs.Key responsibilities include:Managing an assigned portfolio of customers, including well-known households brands.Maximising revenue and gross profit across your base through cross-selling, upselling, and good commercial management. Building and maintaining a positive relationship with your assigned base through regular and consistent contact via telephone, email, LinkedIn, face to face meetings and industry events.Analysing customers' needs and business requirements to ensure we are offering the best solution.Owning the whole sales cycle, from Awareness through to Live, and proactively prospecting within your base to ensure a healthy sales pipeline. Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining up to date on customer needs, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
