The Normal Brand is a fast-growing apparel company that sells clothing and accessories online, in over 500 stores, and 6 brand stores. TNB is aggressively scaling our brick-and-mortar footprint. We are looking for a team player to plan and organize ordering inventory for current stores and new stores. Forecast sales trends and get the right inventory in stores as quickly as possible.ResponsibilitiesManage and replenish inventory for all retail stores in a timely manner.Strategize and collaborate with our store teams and HQ team to get the right product in stores at the right time.Forecast inventory levels by category for all new store openings. Identify inventory opportunities in stores to maximize revenue.Analyze TNB reporting of stores top selling styles to source inventory to them efficiently.Export and send a weekly sell through report to stores and HQ partners.Send stores a weekly email of specific styles to cycle count for inventory accuracy.Plan inventory entrance and exit dates by understanding seasonal trends to alleviate overstocking stores. Initiate and organize a transfer of inventory as needed.Monitor store supply spending on a monthly basis.Follow up with stores to ensure they have received correct signage for events etc.
