We are looking for ambitious, driven and talented individuals to join our Multi-Skilled Engineering Apprenticeship programme and to make the differenceWhat you will doWorking alongside our experienced engineering teams within our factories, apprentices deliver specialised mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs. During the programme you will be provided with varied and exciting experience working across several of our iconic brands with rotations though some of our Burton Latimer and Corby-based factories.Pre-Assessment - Equalture testingAs part of your application and our recruitment programme, we may ask you to play a couple of short online neuroscientific games to support your application. These games are designed to provide you with the opportunity to showcase your potential, talents, and personality, as we want not only to make the application process fun, but to ensure we are embracing the most diverse and inclusive talent pool as possible and in the fairest way.Interview processOnce candidates have passed all the pre-requisite checks and are shortlisted via Tresham College, you will be invited to the Weetabix plant for anAssessment Day planned for w/c 20 March 2023.This will include an interview, some group activities, refreshments and a site tour. We anticipate a start date of 21st August 2023.RequirementsWhat you will needYou are required to have a minimum of GCSE’s grades 9-4 (A*- C) in English and maths (or equivalent).We are also looking forPassion and enthusiasm for our brand and a desire to understand our core business needs and roles.
