We are looking for ambitious, driven, and talented individuals to join our Manufacturing Apprenticeship programme and make the difference!What you will doWorking across several of our iconic brands with rotations though some of our Burton Latimer and Corby based factories. During the 3 year programme you will be working alongside our experienced manufacturing teams within our factories as well as having opportunities to work and collaborate with other key departments across the business; embracing your own learning journey and building on your overall development and core business skills. Our apprentices deliver improvement projects and develop vital leadership skills to support a career path in manufacturing and beyond. Pre-Assessment - Equalture testingAs part of your application and our recruitment programme, we may ask you to play a couple of short online neuroscientific games to support your application. These games are designed to provide you with the opportunity to showcase your potential, talents, and personality, as we want not only to make the application process fun, but to ensure we are embracing the most diverse and inclusive talent pool as possible and in the fairest way.Interview processOnce candidates have passed all the pre-requisite checks and are shortlisted via Tresham College, you will be invited to the Weetabix plant for anAssessment Day planned for w/c 20 March 2023.This will include an interview, some group activities, refreshments and a site tour. We anticipate a start date of 21st August 2023.RequirementsWhat you will needYou are required to have a minimum of GCSE’s grades 9-3 (A*- D) in English and maths (or equivalent).
