Coordinate crew changes.Maintain POB list and crew roster.Keep account of telephone calls.Provide office and clerical assistance to Rig Manager in day-to-day routines.Prepare manifest for boats and helicopters.Prepare reports & documentation for NDOR.Assist STS as required.Weekly payroll, training pay, expense reports and time sheets.Maintain contact list and hurricane sheets.Arrange flights which are not arranged/paid for by client.Track short service employees.POC for rig personnel regarding schedule of training and travel.POC/liaison with corporate HR, payroll, travel and benefits.Other duties as assigned.Job Specification
