So far BuuPass has processed over 7M tickets and some of the key clients we work with in Uganda include Devine Coaches, Mega Bus amp; Momento.The Opportunity:We’re looking for a highly motivated and productivity-centred candidate to join our team. Being a start-up the work is fast-paced and varied you are flexible to change and motivated to deliver the best product possible.ResponsibilitiesRecruiting intercity bus and shuttle companies and transport providersRecruiting intercity parcel companiesRecruiting SMEs that will use parcel systems provided bus, shuttle and parcel companies on BuuPass platformGenerate new leads, prospects and partnerships with transport operators in line with predetermined targetsCreate a documented sales funnel, build a sales pipeline and track leads for conversion efficientlyProvide market intelligence of the competitive offerings in the bus industry, pricing, payment methods, etcPresent strategies for expansion and analyse/study the company’s competitorsManage end-to-end client relationships, including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing / invoicing, payment collection, customer support, result tracking and troubleshooting on an ongoing and consistent basisWork closely with the team to achieve Marketing and brand building needs as well as to plan and execute activations and other prospecting initiativesDevelop and manage sales budgetBuuPass products sales executionBe passionate about sales amp; exceed individual bus operator targets, month on monthUnderstand bus operator landscape in country numbers, concentration, needs and should advise our team about customer acquisitionRegular reporting
