The Central Sales Executive (CSE) is an inbound sales role. This person would be responsible for CRM activities. This would include logging new enquiries and updating accounts as they progress through the sales cycle. 2. Working Closely with our Agent/Broker partners to ensure we are actioning enquiries in a timely manner. 3. Qualifying new enquiries with the goal of getting them in to view Canvas Offices4. Work closely with the Field Sales team and manage their diaries. 5. Helping with our Online advertising strategy and ensuring our ads and posts are accurate and relevant.6. Utilise our database to generate new enquires/ viewingsRequirementsIdeally has experience in sales or customer service Good Knowledge of IT and CRMs Flexible mindset and willingness to grow within the company A friendly and can-do approach to people and challenges faced Desirables: Ability to work in start-up environment Adaptable to change and always prepared to go the ‘extra mile’ Collaborative mindset experience working with various internal departments Personable with the ability liaise with a wide array of clients Good Communication skills, both written and spoken.
