You are responsible for acquiring enterprise clients, which includes initiating first contact, engaging in business-level conversations, leading a complex sale, closing the deal and increase adoption.A Day In a LifeManage the entire sales cycle, right from identifying ideal enterprise prospects, all the way to closing deals successfully. Should be able to create contract-winning proposals and communicate terms to stakeholdersPrepare short-term and long-term sales plan, sales approaches and strategiesBe responsible for driving revenue aiming to achieve monthly recurring revenue (MRR) targetsDevelop an in-depth knowledge of ZipHR's core products amp; managed servicesUnderstand prospect's complete HR amp; payroll processes ("pain points") amp; policies through constant engagement and identify opportunities to sell ZipHR's products ("solution") to meet prospect's immediate and future needsWork with the support, technical and business development team to build the custom solution for enterprise clients, starting from use case evaluation to final deploymentWorking customer backwards to drive new product development, or product enhancements by working along with product, tech to prioritize defined requirementsUse sales tools effectively and drive maximum sales efficiency (Zendesk, JIRA, Mailchimp, Slack etc.)Maintain personal networks, participate in and attend professional conferences and industry events, and develop other means of generating interest from potential clientsShare winning tips, strategies, techniques with the Sales department amp; train when needed
