If this sounds like the job for you, then reach out!What will you be doing?The marketing team's primary objective is lead generation, drawing potential customers to the website to drive registrations for sales consultations. You will run campaigns across email, social media, PPC and SEO to create and qualify leads. You will be supported by our content creators as well as a digital agency who will support you as you build your campaigns.You will direct, manage and execute the ongoing development of, which is hosted and designed in WordPress and integrated with Hubspot. You will also manage relationships with outside agencies responsible for more advanced website technical updates and organic search engine optimization services.You will develop and execute email campaigns in HubSpot, which may include construction of workflows to support re-engagement and nurturing campaigns.Conducting A/B testing to help us optimize campaigns.Perform weekly uploads of leads into HubSpot from third party sources - and ensure proper synchronization with Salesforce for reporting and inclusion in HubSpot leads nurture workflows.Help analyze the data derived from our inbound and outbound campaigns. Identify anomalies and opportunities that will make our campaigns perform at the highest levels, and understand the cost of acquiring new customers.Build reports and dashboards in Hubspot and Salesforce to provide visibility in marketing campaign results and measure campaign effectiveness, including outbound marketing metrics, lead distribution, opportunity stages, pipeline contribution, and ROI.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints
