Grade Level: L2Location: IslamabadLast date to apply: Feb 8th, 2022What is Expert Payroll amp; Benefits?This position ensures timely and accurate payroll processing, disbursement, benefits processing and maintenance of HR records in HRMS; Identifies and proposes changes in different processes for improvement and efficiency; Coordinates with different stakeholders (Internal amp; External) to increase administrative efficiency and optimize performance with the objective to ensure error free payroll disbursement, maintenance of HR records in HRMS and digitalization of employee information amp; Payroll procedures to increase visibility and efficiency of processes within the limits of organization’s policies and procedures, functional / departmental objectives, SOPs and best practices.The role reports directly to the Stream Head People Experience Delivery with an extended team of 06 team members.What does Expert Payroll amp; Benefits does?Timely and accurate payroll processing, disbursement, benefits processing and maintenance of HR records in HRMS.Timely amp; accurate closure of clearance of ex-employees.Ensure prompt resolution of the queries / tickets raised by the employees / direct stakeholders.Ensuring 100% integrity of Data in Oracle Fusion while enabling regular follow-ups through validation checks from the HR team on existing data of the HR System.Ensure incorporation of new joiner information in the system along with accurate employee assignment and payroll amp; benefits information.Ensure accurate start to end salary advance processing with the coordination of Finance DepartmentPrepare Payroll variance analysis report (Rolling sheet) on monthly basis.Enable effective coordination with Agility and ensure the completeness of employee (Joiners/Leavers) personnel files. Any employment related changes (Salary, job change, relocation etc.) are accurately updated in the personnel file of the respective employee.Coordinates with the official bank for smooth bank account opening of new joiners within defined KPIs.Preparation of Employee contracts and lettersCoordinate with Insurance vendor to Initiate and process end to end employee’s insurance claims for any data requirements or clarity.Accurately approving / processing of salary advances, provident fund, OPD, payroll amp; other allowances on monthly basis as required.Validating and verifying expat payroll for all expats in the organization.Any employee benefits related change is pro-actively communicated to the respective employee.Holding regular sessions with new joiners to brief them on their benefits as their grade.Monthly verification of all employees related reports for accurate reflection of data.Any other duties / Projects assigned from time to time related to the role.
