ResponsibilitiesManaging relationships with our existing client’s online community Managing the messages, comments and responses on our multiple client’s social media accountsIncorporate clients brand tone and personality when responding to daily social media queries/commentsFollow and update social media response guides when necessaryYou will work with the Atomic Digital account managers to communicate any room for improvement upon customer complaints and suggestions.You will work towards maintaining the growth of the client's social media community.Assist the paid media specialist
