That’s enough about us for now.The RoleOur Account Manager will be the first point of contact for prospective Pepperstone clients. With our focus on continue building out our brand, the role will be communicating with our clients via phone and email, building new and strengthening existing relationships.The primary goals include converting warm leads by assisting our prospective clients in their account opening process and encouraging them to fund and begin trading and manage the ongoing relationships with new clients for their first trades, by treating each client as the individual they are and providing custom solutions to overcome their unique challenges. The Account Manager will promote our brand, increase conversions, and provide exceptional value to clients.Your key responsibilities includeEffectively manage leadsConvert leads to traded clientsAssist clients with fundingAssist clients with their trade-related queriesEffectively manage relationships with existing clientsAssist your colleagues on a team basis in any way necessaryAlways ensure complianceCollaborate with other key internal departments, particularly operations, and supportSuggest innovation and improvement to the customer experience where necessary
