It is having the right people, in the right place, doing the right thing.The Role:The role of the Associate (HR) is of critical importance as we look to grow the business and work with our clients to create truly exceptional places to work. The role will be the first point of contact for clients and team members with administrative HR queries relating to contracts of employment, contractual changes, employment policies and HR systems. Responsibilities:Work with clients, providing them with commercially focused, compliant advice and guidance on basic HR policies and practicesProduce HR paperwork, offer letters, contract of employment templates for our HR clients in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring that they receive a terrific service and are compliant with the relevant employment legislationCo-ordinate employee engagement, benefits, 360 degree feedback and wellbeing surveys so they can develop their HR strategy, understand their workforce and create highly engaged teamsWork alongside team members to coordinate and collate client information and payroll data to facilitate accurate, compliant monthly payroll submissionsPartner with existing team to coordinate our programme of HR masterclasses and training activityWork with clients to conduct exit and employee engagement interviews to enable them to understand their employee experience and create even better places to workManage and co-ordinate the DBS, Credit Checks and employment references to support recruitment activities and the fit and proper checks for financial services clientsAct as the in-house HR systems expert, working with clients to set up and maintain compliant employee management systems, whilst being the internal point of escalation for systems related queriesSupport the implementation, development and ongoing management of the Brave Membership Academy by working with the team to develop HR content and documentation that is engaging, compliant and drives best practice
