Overview: Diamond, a leading private wireless infrastructure company with offices in Delray Beach Fl, Springfield, NJ and San Juan, PR, is seeking a Contracts Administrator who would join a team responsible for managing all lease activities and document management for contracts and documents related to Diamond sites. The individual will report to the VP, Lease Administration and will have daily contact with Sales, the Legal Department and other field personnel. Job location desired to be in Delray Beach, FL but will consider candidates for the Springfield NJ office.Job Description: Lease abstracting, including entry of tenant billing and payments required to underlying ground owners. Enter specific terms into company contracts application. Follow up on lease commencements. Prepare commencement letters and packages for the tenants.Monitor: Tenant terminations, Tenant term and final expirations, Tenant insurance, and Rental changes, including clawbacks, abatements, etc.Prepare various notice letters. Prepare one-time adjustment forms. Reporting confirm monthly variances in billing. Special projects, as needed.
