Key member of the retail team who will leverage store and market feedback to provide insight and expertise on team leadership, engagement, store operations, and Pamp;L. Leader of multiple Store Managers and Market Managers who will coach, motivate and develop talent and strong KPI results. Oversee multi-unit operations with a focus on day-to-day operations including training, coaching, communication, and store level financial management.Primary Responsibilities Include:Four Wall Accountability, Strategic Leadership amp; Ownership for all Stores and MarketsChampion of the OMNI experience. Review OMNI results and coach to behaviors to drive outstanding service and sales results. Provide feedback on gaps and opportunities to store, market, and retail team to ensure needed skills are addressed and trained for.Brand Leadership - Lead various levels of leadership to support talent development and results.Drive revenue and profitable growth through delivering strong KPIs, i.e. UPT, ATV, Conversion. Using data amp; available resources reporting to track performance.Lead all people components such as recruitment and talent development for their teams. Provide and reinforce continuous, honest performance conversations, accountability and observing and coach behaviors. Quick and effective follow up, providing feedback, coaching to strengths and opportunities and prioritizing team and individual morale.Product Presentation, attention to detail and visual standards. Follow best practices and check for proper store and mannequin directive set-ups. Use KPIs to pinpoint opportunities in store presentation. Partner with corporate resources to support store product and presentation needs.Operational Execution, ensuring strong inventory management, quick and accurate logistics both inbound and outbound.
