Customer Service ExecutiveStarting Salary of 19,500The first 8-12 weeks will be spent training in our Newport office which offers a modern working environment and on-site canteen. After you have completed your training, we offer a remote or hybrid working policy.Working hours - 37.5 hours per week. Do you have a passion for giving excellent customer service?The Role.Our Customer Service Executives work across our Servicing Division providing exceptional customer service and advice to our clients' customers whether that's on their bank accounts, loans, mortgages or assisting customers with overdue accounts.Responsibilities could include:Answering calls from customers and providing the best possible serviceAdvising customers on overdue accounts and solutions around repaymentEnsuring that all customers are treated fairly in line with FCA GuidelinesWorking hard to ensure the team/department hit agreed SLAsEnsuring all information added to customer accounts is accurate
