Olea's success depends on hard working, talented people like you!We are currently looking for a part-time HR Records Clerk to help us convert paper files to well-organized digital files, update and maintain files throughout their lifecycle, and dispose of records according to our established document retention policies. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to explore the field of Human Resources, as you will get an up-close look at the types of documents and transactions that happen on a regular basis, and it could lead to advancement opportunities within the department, too!The essential duties and responsibilities of the position include:Convert paper files and documents to electronic format by preparing documents, scanning, and verifying quality of digital image, and storing in appropriate electronic file locationMaintain paper and electronic files and documents according to established document storage policiesDestroy paper and electronic files according to established records retention policiesMaintain confidentiality of sensitive employee, payroll, and benefits informationRetrieve documents upon request from authorized personnelCross train with Receptionist to provide temporary front desk coverage when needed
