You will be working in a LEAP proprietary database design platform to build content in LEAP’s practice areas. This is the perfect position for someone who wants to combine their eye for detail with their understanding of basic programming concepts. We are looking for someone who is driven to provide the best possible result for clients, who can work independently and are motivated to find better ways of doing things. This position is not suitable for those seeking a marketing, development, or data analyst role.As a Content Database Designer, you will help create, maintain, and improve LEAP’s database of fields, calculations, matter types and layouts used by law firms across the UK and Republic of Ireland. You will be responsible for populating these forms with information that pulls automatically from client files, allowing users to produce legal documentation efficiently and accurately.Working Pattern amp; Location08:30 1700 Monday to Friday, Twickenham Office3 days office based and 2 days home basedRequirementsWHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGMake database design changes in LEAP’s Content management software.Create and manage a portfolio of calculations, written in JavaScript, for use by LEAP clients, including stamp duty calculations and legal rates applicable across the UK and Ireland.Work with the latest document automation technology for the legal industry to deliver new methods of automation to our clients.Learn, test, make suggestions for enhancements and report on bugs across new automation tools continually being made available to Content teams.Work closely with Content Specialist’s to continually improve matter types, tables, and layouts for LEAP clients across areas of law.Work closely with our Content Developer to build sophisticated solutions for complex forms or tables.Work closely with the Form’s team to continually improve the automation and functionality of legal forms.
