Ensure optimised campaign results, including performance, budget goals, and ROI. Identify areas for growth within accounts amp; offering solutions for achieving expected goalsTrack performance of campaigns including CTRs, impressions, viewability rates, etc.Monitor budgets closely to ensure efficient delivery of campaignsResearch target audiences and use insights to find new ways to reach themAnalyse data from display/video campaigns in order to optimise performanceStay up-to-date with industry trends in order to provide optimisation recommendations2+ years experience in a programmatic role or equivalent digital marketing experienceExcellent numeracy and analytical skillsIn depth understanding of targeting methods within a display/video environment - Working knowledge of HTML/CSS is an assetAble to work flexible hours to cover off peak morning business times in West Coast, USA
