If the answer is yes, we need you!We are looking for an Events Coordinator who can help to plan and manage our calendar of events in a fast-paced environment. As part of the events team, you will be responsible for considering all aspects of event promotion and lead generation and be comfortable with working with stakeholders across the business to plan and execute events and track long-term successes. Marketing best practice is constantly evolving so we learn, challenge, innovate and celebrate success, as a team.Key responsibilities:Work with teams across the business to create engaging event concepts and supporting materials, considering the key messaging, and the marketing and brand communications objectives.Help bring together the business case for events and support in the planning, delivery and ROI tracking.Manage your own portfolio of events and support the senior team member with larger events. These are mostly external events as we attend numerous conferences and trade shows, but we also host both internal and external events.Working with the Digital Channels Team on event communications and follow-ups to engage with our target audiences and support wider marketing activitiesSupporting on managing event budgets and contract negotiations with external suppliersWriting and proofreading content and ensuring our brand guidelines are adhered toSupporting the Events Team with day-to-day administrative tasks
