*Not a remote position- must be local to West Los AngelesCity Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking an experienced and loyal Sales Executive for our West LA office. In this position, you will be responsible for new business development in a highly competitive and sales-driven environment. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close. Working closely with the operations and sales teams, the Sales Executive will establish and nurture mutually profitable business relationships with clients. Essential functions:Identify and qualify potential clients, leads and referrals resulting in (# or $) sales per month.Initiate the sales process by scheduling appointments, understand account requirements, and make initial presentations.Closes sales by building rapport with potential Clients, explaining our service capabilities, overcoming objections, and preparing contracts.Conduct a minimum of 20 hours prospecting each week. Utilize and manage customer relationship management system (CRM) to maintain all client and lead information. Maintain and manage your Hot 25 list in the CRM.Other duties as assigned.
