About the role:Driven by an increased need for cloud-based, remote-ready communication and a growing acceptance of remote working, we are seeing continuous demand for our product. We are now looking to hire a VP Sales who will lead an ambitious scaling journey and help CloudTalk continue on this growing trajectory.As part of the commercial leadership team, the incoming VP Sales will play an essential role in CloudTalk’s growth, with an overall responsibility of achieving ARR targets, executing strategic plans that will help CloudTalk expand customer segments, geographies, new sales channels, and improve existing operations.What you’ll work on:Sales Strategy amp; Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue goals, growth, and market share, across both SMB and Mid-market segmentsCreate a scalable outbound playbook while continuing scaling inbound with high efficiencyConduct an audit on current processes, structure, and strategy and build an optimization planCreate playbooks and frameworks for further scale, implement sales metrics and processes, lead funnel development and conversionDrive CloudTalk’s revenue growth to ~$20m-50m ARRBuild and successfully execute multi-channel GTM strategies in new geographies and international marketsEstablish efficiency in the business ensuring CloudTalk consistently achieves the growth targets
