You will be a great candidate for this job if you have pride in your work, excellent written and spoken communication skills, are skilled at talking with customers over the phone and bring attention to detail to your work.This role is based at our Newbury Office Monday Friday with fleixible working from home (2 days a week)With occasional travel to our other sites as and when required.Hours of work at 37.5 with rotating hours 7-3pm and 9-5pm weeklyPlease note - This is a fixed term role covering maternity leaveKey ResponsibilitiesReceiving of orders both over the telephone and through email Processsing of orders in Merlin (Jascots ERP System)Responding to Customer queries and providing solutions to problemsCommunicating with Customers on any changes to order delivery volumes or timingsLiasing with the Warehouse amp; Distribution team on stock and delivery issuesUpdating the Sales team with any Customer issuesKeeping up to date with Jascots portfolio in order to give Customer advice and guidance
