GENERAL DESCRIPTIONSelecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions and specialist coffee services. We are hiring Contracts Support Executive for our Hemel Hempstead office. The role is responsible for administrative support within the Contracts Team to the Selecta UK business. The Contracts Support Executive will ideally have a deep knowledge across this domain with day-to-day administration of contracts, leasing and pricing. The role not only contains specialist task around contract retention and strategic pricing policies, but also contract management requests, lease proposals and general administration. The role will also include support for the Sales teams. KEY TASKS amp; RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDEPlanning and implementation of pricing policies across various areas of the business.Support with proposal requests across the lease desk, to include arranging digital signing of contracts where required directly with the clientGeneral administrative support of the lease desk functions, to include keeping department trackers fully updated with latest data, along with chasing through leasing invoices for payment, and end of lease title invoices and any other departmental requirementsSupport for the correct management of paperwork and adherence to Selecta systems and processesClient contractual query management (e.g. pricing)Support of contract pricing changes amp; implementationAdministration support to Client terminations and shortfall negotiationsCo-ownership of SharePoint contract files and supply information upon requestClient Retention support, ensuring the CRM account being kept up to date with vital informationDealing with a high volume of internal and external emails and phone calls, whilst always providing exceptional service.
