Head of Major SalesFantastic package with excellent OTE potential.Location: National.Company car/car allowance.The Head of Major Sales is responsible for leading and developing a national team of senior and regionally focussed Business Development Managers to achieve and exceed targets from our major sales strategy. It is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys coaching and mentoring a new business team to success while having a strong focus on internal/external stakeholders so a common vision is achieved. Day to day, the Head of Major Sales will lead from the front while demonstrating abilities to manage the customer through the buying and selling process. Here’s what we require.Successful track record in designing and successfully delivering growth strategies across a medium/large sales team. Experience in managing a successful business development team with coaching and mentoring at the forefront. Strong understanding of the commercial procurement process. Excellent success in Business Development at various levels with demonstrable success in securing sub 1m opportunities.Knowledge of how to build and read Pamp;L and balance sheets and a demonstrable understanding of financial models.
