That's it.Our mission is to empower people to take ownership of their health.THE ROLE:The Technology function at Athletic Greens seeks to positively transform the business through utilization of innovative technology solutions, delivered at speed, releasing tangible business value. We are looking for a Technology Services Manager who will be responsible for the setup and on-going maintenance of all Athletic Greens internal technology services. Reporting to the VP, Technology, the Technology Services Manager will be responsible for the deployment and smooth operation of our internal infrastructure including our fleet of user devices, internal collaboration tools, backup and user management tools, support integrations, and system monitoring. This role acts as a key partner to multiple departments providing support by gathering information and working with cross-functional teams to monitor, triage and resolve system issues. You will be at the center of a fast-paced, high-growth environment and will be relied on to make quick, accurate decisions. You will maintain process discipline and best practices, while adhering to our internal company values and standards.The ideal candidate has proven, professional experience in digital technologies and a detailed knowledge of best practices in services management and protocols, employee desktop support, equipment management, environment/networking monitoring, and support. WHAT YOU'LL DO:SYSTEMS ADMIN / ACCOUNT PROVISIONINGProvide admin leadership of Google Workspace and associated services.Maintain license management for all systems.Create IAM and custom role assignments where applicable.Manage LastPass shared-folders and future SSO/SAML integrations.Monitor non-user access, integration support, and security alert management.Validate tickets and update with applicable information as needed.Perform G-Suite, LastPass, AWS, OnDMARC security alert resolution.
