The Recruitment Administrator (Intern) will work to assist the Global Recruitment Team in generating and progressing new applicants for multiple vacancies across the business. Key Tasks and Responsibilities:Ensures all applications from different sourcing channels and pre-screened for interview and assessment Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives Create weekly / monthly reports for recruitment progress to be presented to lead / manager Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, using new groups and job sites Determines applicant’s qualifications by comparing qualifications to requirements Work offsite where required and assist recruiters during job fairs and caravans, etc. Data mining and reporting Conducts the initial assessment for the day’s applicants and candidates Responsible for meeting the required target number of applicants and candidates Plans and implements multiple sourcing initiatives
