We hope you’ll join us.About the role:You will be one of the first members joining Novata’s Revenue Operations team. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to proactively drive revenue growth and team productivity through data analysis and process creation/refinement. In this role you will:Join our commercial team in setting the revenue strategy to scale our companyHave a hand in defining and tracking KPIs for the Revenue teamContinuously work with management to create new initiatives, identify issues with existing processes, and analyze data to drive meaningful results for the businessDevelop, define, document, and track team and individual KPIs needed to grow Revenue and make strategic decisionsOn a day-to-day basis you will:Create reporting on key metrics and KPIsSupport the Revenue team in HubSpot as their needs ariseAnalyze data to surface actionable insights for Sales, CS, and MarketingCollaborate and engage with individual team members and team leaders to review performanceMonitor our data and performance, ensuring that the business runs smoothly and raising flags when needed
