TechOp Solutions is in need of an Analyst to drive project work supporting the directorate’s transformation supporting a current state assessment and the design and delivery of training programs to clients. Our clients require strategic support as they navigate how to build a robust operating model, design a refined strategy, and communicate the organizational change for a new office to broader USG and foreign partners. This role involves conducting current state assessment analysis by requesting, intaking, and analyzing client documentation and data about the people, processes, and technology associated with the organization’s overall capabilities, synthesizing findings, and reporting on findings in PPT. The role also involves developing and facilitating client training sessions. The Analyst will work closely with the team on their deliverables and collaborate in iterative reviews but should be able to work independently to develop deliverable drafts and analyses based on team guidance.RequirementsStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with 6+ months of experience storyboarding and creating presentations in PowerPoint to convey findings and insights 6+ months experience developing, managing, or facilitating trainings or strategic sessionsExperience with strategic planning to support an ability to coordinate with clients to develop leadership offsites for strategic planningStrong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and team membersPast experience with organizational transformation or change management a plusPast experience with current state assessment analysis (people, processes, technology) a plusPast experience managing, cleansing, analyzing, and reporting on data a plus
