All while keeping the needs of our clients at the heart of everything we do.Come grow with us!The gig:As a key part of the Q4 Renewal Operations Team, the Renewal Operations Coordinator will run the Renewals Desk at Q4 and support desk functions for other parts of the organization. You will be the first point of contact supporting the Customer Success and Finance Teams with Salesforce, Pricing, Quoting and other Renewal Operations Processes.Reporting to the Renewal Operations Manager, this position is focused on relationship management and driving retention as well as growth. Quoting, positioning upsells, regular follow-up and closing renewals are primary responsibilities. This role will be supporting our customers in the North American, LATAM and European regions.Responsibilities:Providing exceptional service by reaching out via email and phone on a consistent basis and building strong customer relationships.Becoming a trusted advisor for the Customer for their support needs. Cultivating an environment of mutual value recognized between Q4 and our customers. Manage the Q4 Renewals Desk to ensure that Renewal Opportunities are priced appropriately, all data is logged correctly in Salesforce and that the Renewals process runs smoothly and efficiently. Champion Salesforce data cleanup and ongoing pipeline hygiene.Handle Level 1 Salesforce inquiries (eg. How do I find a Contract in SF?).Handle Level 1 Renewal inquiries (eg. Pricing, Products, Deal Structure, Quote FAQs).Maintaining and updating CRM system and providing accurate forecasts. Cultivating strong business relationships with the CSMs (Client Success Manager), Finance and other stakeholders. Utilizing departmental standard operating procedures to bring renewal contracts in at full value and on time. Taking ownership of the contracts assigned to you. A strong sense of urgency is required to manage your portfolio resulting in full value, on-time renewals. Demonstrating high attention to detail to review and process incoming purchase orders and payments. Provide guidance to sales and account management teams on deal structuring in a way that meets both Q4 and client requirements. Complete deal reviews for all Renewal business; ensuring they meet compliance requirements and processing them prior for invoicing by finance.Run the Closed Won Process to ensure that elements of an Opportunity are setup and logged correctly before passing the sale on to Finance. Work within the Salesforce CRM to complete data and analytics reporting tasks.
